More Than Deliveries
FlexDelivery24 is a marketplace with a delivery network behind it. Buy and sell with people you have not met before, and let the platform hold the money and move the package.
Marketplace
List something for sale, or browse what other people are selling. A marketplace purchase and its delivery are the same flow — once an item is paid for, a Flex Delivery Agent takes it from the seller to your door.
Purchase Protection
When you pay for a marketplace item, the money is held rather than passed straight to the seller. It is released after the handover is complete. If something is wrong before the item reaches you, you can raise a dispute while the funds are still held.
Verified delivery agents
Flex Delivery Agents complete identity verification before they can take on work, and every pick-up and drop-off is confirmed with a one-time code, so a package only changes hands with the right person.
Disputes and support
If a delivery or a purchase goes wrong, you can open a dispute or a support ticket from inside the app and follow it through to a decision, with the evidence attached to it.
Set your own price
Senders post what they are willing to pay and agents can respond with their own figure, so the price for a job is agreed between the two of you rather than fixed in advance.
Plans for agents
Delivery agents can subscribe to a plan that raises how many deliveries they can run at the same time, so a busy agent is not held back by the limits that suit someone starting out.
